Why can not create Gmail on VM without phone verification? But on the host they do not ask for phone number verification?

I was under the impression all gmail accounts these days require phone verification.
Whats the problem with that anyway?

2 things
first - I do not have many phone numbers to verify gmail
2nd- why on the host I never face phone verification but always on the VM they request phone verification

because Google is very smart:) And they feel that you have more than 1 account. Usually they allow 2-3 accs for 1 phone. If you dont want phone verification you have to find other email provider.

you are maybe using blacklisted vpn or something in your browser to hide your ID
