eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

It won't let me use pay pal as an automatic payment method. Is that because I don't have a bank account attached or because i'm using a virtual number (not Google Voice)?

Did you link a card to the PayPal yet? If you haven’t then you should try that.

yes I've linked a visa card to the paypal. no bank account or vba yet

As ebay stealth states, put a CC and bank account into your paypal before using it in any way.

So put a bank account in and try again.

ok thank you. also when I put the bank account in do I have to confirm it (micro deposits) before ebay will accept the paypal for auto payment method?

just complete your paypal stuff first in full.
