Funds on paypal i cant pay nothing
 

Hey guys, im new on Paypal Stealth.
i add a card and verified the paypal account.

I made 1 payment of $21 dollars without problem. But after that i tried to pay $140 on ebay and i always get a message to pay with credit card.

i personally call paypal and they are telling me that i have a prepaid card and i need to add a new card. My question is this.

How can i solve this problem? The stealth account was created in my country so i can get solutions in case of card from the bank.

But how this process must be? It does not matter if the bank card haves my name? or what can i do

Paypal cannot see the name of the card holder so you can add your own card and paypal wont know any better.

Agree with slokor - pp can't see the true name of the cardholder unless you give it to them

My last question, if im From Nicaragua and the paypal account is made in Nicaragua, do i need to put a debit card from Nicaragua or can use from any other country, also, what type of card should be VCC? OR??
