repercussions from ebay and paypal for not paying Ebay fees?
 

hi guys, so a quick question, my stealth ebay was suspended... this resulted in my ebay fees not being paid as the money in my paypal account. My paypal working fine but I'm transferring the funds out of there.
now im not happy to pay the fees since they suspended me for no reason, howeverwhat are the repercussions of not paying them (£100)?
(ebay and paypall stealth but is linked to my mastercard with my name)

If it’s linked to your own card in your own name it’s not stealth....

Just pay them what you owe them. You may not like being suspended but you did use their services so pay the fees

The account is suspended. That means "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE EBAY IN ANY WAY. F*ck them. It is very upsetting to get suspended from eBay. Use that 100 euro and go have a nice dinner.

If you sold items and owe fees as a result, you owe them.

You can justify not paying them in some way, I'm sure but is it really the right thing to do?

Just expect the phone number you have on file to be called constantly by ebay collections. They may try other means as well.

if the account is suspended, the payment will automatically work if it is set up?

Nothing is 100% but if it's just for that reason, chances are good for reinstatement.
