Cant find where to confirm / verify Paypal with my VCC

Hello ,
Glad being here.
Please I have a paypal account . after using it attached to my account for a couple a weeks . Paypal is asking me to lift my sending limits by verifying my card. I then got a card from vendor on these forum and i linked the card . the problem now is that i am not seeing the option to confirm the card inside my paypal account .

Will appreciate any help .

Have you looked in the "wallet" section?
