Paypal Is Rejecting Me ADD BANK OF AMERICA

Hey guys.
at this moment i tried to add to my stealth paypal account
a USA Bank of america account and is rejecting me.

Any person here knows the solution?
Im using a new account, the names miss mach, but this was not a problem in other account that i create using wells fargo.??

What could be the problem?

Any one of you know?
