yes, it is even the standard option here.. paypal and all other payment gateways are just optional.
you can even put in a random IBAN for ebay verification (as long as it is registered in Schufa DB for that name) and can save on that VCC

Once, this was my dream camera. Now it's not my dream one but I'll still want to have it. In its place, I bought the Canon EOS 90D, which is a little cheaper also. But I guess I'll never get the Sony as there are newer cameras coming. Maybe when I'll be old, I'll get one for my camera collection. The best part about it, that I recently discovered, is the Glidecams. The videos that I shot with their help are gorgeous. The only thing I hate is that I don't have the time to travel more and make more videos with it.

this is a waste of time if buyer opens a case of item not as described.
I can video tape and seal my item,some sellers will seal the package in front of USPS clerk,
but how would this stop me from removing the item after videotaping and put a rock inside.
with USPS,I can always change my mind and take the package home and repackage.
Robots who review your case do not watch video/photos or read emails.
only hard cold facts-signature and tracking number for INR and accept return with INAD.
WITH LOCAL dELIVERY,some sellers will take pictures of buyer and seller shaking hands?? or seller knocking on the door and buyer greeted him at the door?
never accept Paypal or cc with local delivery,cash on delivery only
