this is a waste of time if buyer opens a case of item not as described.
I can video tape and seal my item, some sellers will seal the package in front of USPS clerk,
but how would this stop me from removing the item after videotaping and put a rock inside.
with USPS,I can always change my mind and take the package home and repackage.
Robots who review your case do not watch video/photos or read emails.
only hard cold facts-signature and tracking number for INR and accept return with INAD.
WITH LOCAL dELIVERY,some sellers will take pictures of buyer and seller shaking hands?? or seller knocking on the door and buyer greeted him at the door?
never accept Paypal or cc with local delivery, cash on delivery only
