Payments taking 24 hours to send?

Im buying a bunch of random instant delivery $1 items and i get an email saying "your item will be sent after review". Today exactly 24 hours after i sent the money i got the item. Is my paypal getting limited?? This happened with my other 2 accounts too! I transfer money between accounts so i can withdrawal to my bank also.

This has nothing to do with an account limitation. It's just a payment hold review. It can happen from time to time, but after a little while the review should be done.

Also it's not a good idea to use F&F payments to transfer between accounts as a way to withdrawal. It will eventually link them. Always w/d directly to a bank account to prevent problems.

@OP, how old is the pp account? Verified and confirmed?
