Paying Ebay fees from unlinked PayPal

Hi. As entropy is now going anyone know of a way around.
I need to pay ebay fees with a vcc card as the original PayPal that was used on the stealth was limited. I have been using an alternative PayPal in a different name to receive ebay payments fine for couple years. but used entropy vcc to pay the fees

But can you pay the ebays safely with a PayPal account thats not linked or in a different name

Last thing I need is to have the ebay restricted because of this.

also could I pay the ebay fees from the PayPal that's currently receiving the payments or even a new PayPal account that's used purely to pay them?

will ebay care as long as they are paid?
