Paypal verification in Russia
 

Hey guys,
I'm finishing reading the stealth book and it seems to be clear how to create stealth accounts for US but for Russia I'm a little bit confused.

Here in Russia for personal PP account we need to make a verification not only by adding BA and CC but also providing a copy of ID (passport normally) and the INN number (it is taxpayer number similar to ssn in the US). For ID it is possible to provide cr*ative one but I do not know which INN taxpayer number to provide - because the taxpayer numbers are in public and can easily be checked by the name and passport number. Without the verification I would have a very low limits, as on the screen below and it is also too risky to get the account suspended soon

No way around it really. Unless you steal someone else's docs :)

You mean real docs with real INN? Or creative both? Do you know whether PP checks INN or I can use creative docs with any inn number?

Then how to withdraw money?

Get like $300 fly to UK, open a few bank accounts, get a new phone number then fly back, should be easy and can be done in 24 hours, although you would need a visa that might be hard :) If websites like QIWI can easily validate your INN number then I don't see why would paypal have any troubles verifying this info.

Seems to be a little complicated.... PP and Eb should be both registered on UK "person" in this case, right?

No, I didn't find a solution. The solution can be using friends and family members as you have to provide real names with INN numbers. I also tried to verify the bank account in Sberbank, with mismatch names the verification payments does not settle at the bank account, so the name on PP and bank should match there.

SaiJin, it is a solution to spend money but in case of ban and no possibility to connect bank account - you will just loose the money.

Hi. Did you try to add any russian bank account except Sberbank? I heard some banks may receive payments and obviously Paypal verifications payments without name matching.

That is true you can even withdraw w/o name matching.
