Has anyone been able to handle account limitation over the phone lately?
 

i have all legit documents to remove limitation, just waiting 2-3 days for a back office team to review it is annoying

depends on the type account limitation. Right now it seems to be taking longer than their stated 2-3 days. last month i sent in docs and it took them over a week to review the docs.

I called after 3 days and was then told i should wait 3-5 days, not 2-3 days. Days being business days. Then after 5 days I called back and they said they would expedite it to get it reviewed in a day or 2, but that didn't seems to speed things up much either.

It is frustrating.
