Wouldn't accept BOA Savings account...
 

Are BOA savings account ok. It's an international PP account, not US and not UK. But you "Can" link US bank accounts.

I tried a US BOA Savings and it keeps saying 'try again later' or something similar.

Does name have to match etc?

And which routing number is the correct one to use? my bank supply me with...

Routing number:
-paper
-electronic
- wires

three different routing numbers.

My international account got same message, "try again later" when I tried adding a US bank account. I called in to add the account while the customer service rep is on the phone with me. Not a big deal calling in.

I haven't ever been able to add a US bank account to international PP's even though it says you can. I think they make it difficult on purpose. I haven't tried doing it over the phone but that has worked for me with US PP's that I wasn't able to add a BA to online.

From everything Ive read and seen you can only add a US based bank account to a US based paypal. Even if they tell you youre supposed to be able to do so - you cannot. That's the way it is on Canadian paypal accounts and should be the same for any other country.

i have a foreign based paypal account and added a US bank account to it (i even changed the existing us based bank account a few months ago to a new one). although the account already also has the local based bank account to it as well. i don't know if that helps the account, by having a local based bank account linked to is also that it.

That might make the process a bit easier, having a local bank already on it - interesting.
