hey,

surelys its a good idea to supply passport scans and proof if identity before they even ask you

the " normal" person would want to verify themselves early on when you first gett the account ?

You cannot upload them before they ask you to anymore

under account settings you can add passport number and contry of issue

something strange hapened the other day i tried to withdraw money into my bank account from paypal as usual and a pop up said " theres something wrong with your account contact us" so i messaged them regarding this pop up and no rpesonce back yet but im still unable to withdraw money but nothing in resolution centre or nothing
