EveryTime I make a new PayPal account and get money. I keep getting told to claim my money. But I don’t have the documents to verify it. What do I do?

On the PayPal's I setup that have the "claim my money" message, I just add a bank and it usually goes away.

I see you don't have the Stealth Guide yet. I'd really recommend you get it because it addresses a lot of this type of thing, including how to properly (and fully) verify your new PayPal accounts. You need to know the fundamentals of stealth first.

If you are in the USA (according to your flag) just have a new savings account open with your local bank. It should be easy and painless.

I think in this case you can only withdraw to your bank, haven't found any solution to this. Although I think if you wait until SSN request and upgrade to business you can then send money to anyone since your account would be verified
