It allows you to run multiple browser profiles, but goes a couple steps further and changes the entire dynamics of the session, like WebRTC, Canvas Fingerprint, etc. The only problem with it it's a bit expensive. Unless you are a bit serious about your business and don't mind the cost, this is a the very best tool to use. MLA used to have a FREE option (with 10 profiles) but they recently discontinued it when the new version rolled out. That's pretty disappointing.
There is also Kameleo.
It also stops browser fingerprinting, defeats javascript, canvas, WebGL, and other types of browser fingerprinting.
Again, this involves some cost, but these are the two top tools that take stealth to a whole new level.
Truthfully tho, although I'm sure eBay & PayPal have long had the capability to use browser fingerprinting, I doubt they implement it like Amazon does. At least at THIS time.
You can bet that sometime in the future that most any major commercial site out there will be identifying it's users via other means aside from old fashioned IP addresses, cookies, LSO's, etc. Technology is slowly catching up. |
