Withdrawing money!
 

Hi
I have a Singapore PayPal that is Limited and they told me I should add a USA bank or Singapore bank for Withdrawing money but i do not have a bank
can help to me how can i get to a bank?

Based on your flag you are in Malaysia so just hop on a bus and go to Singapore and open a Singapore bank account. Go to Maybank Singapore, they are Malay friendly. If you already have a bank account in Malaysia at a bank and the bank if it has branches in Singapore ask one of the bankers if they can help you open an account in Singapore. (think CIMB or RHB or Maybank).

You live in Serbia and theres no way your getting a bank account in either of those countries.
By the way - a US bank account wouldnt work for this anyway so youre pretty much stuck with getting the other one.
Bottom line is you can kiss that money good bye. Don't dwell on it. Learn from the experience and don't repeat that same mistake in the future.

I also second Maybank as they are pretty lenient on account opening and have branches all over Asia and internationally. Their accounts are also seamless across countries, so you can deposit/withdrawal in Malaysia just as easily as in S'pore, Thailand, HK, Philis, etc.

Maybe try transferwise. When you open an account there you get a virtual bank account number in the USA and you can try and link it up to your PayPal account. I don't know if it will work. A friend of mine did it with a foreign PP account and it worked for the one time he tried a withdrawal. Maybe he got lucky or maybe it was still a new thing that PP hasn't shut down yet.

The best option is to cash out your balance. By for example, buying Bitcoins, gold ... etc anything that is liquid ( can be sold quickly)

In Serbia it's even easier, you can just get a prepaid card that doesn't need name match... and withdraw to it until like $10k...
