New PayPal account

Hi all,
So I’ve opened a new eBay account and now need to open a new Paypal account, I’ve got new bank account details ready but can I use my own name and address if I have been limited before? I know it can’t be exactly the same but if I use a nick name and have a slight change in the address work that work?

I know Paypal can ask for documentation so I assume it needs to be real details? And help greatly appreciated
