Paypal requesting buyer's date of birth.
 

Hi everyone,

I have been selling on eBay for almost a year and I sell my own items as well as dropship from other suppliers such as Amazon, Domu & Argos. I never had any issue from buyers nor cased opened for item not received for both eBay and Paypal.

Earlier today when I was ordering item for my Ebay buyers using my Paypal account , one of my order was pending and now Paypal have asked me to provide date of birth of the buyer whose name and address I used it to order the item which was pending.

Since I don't have the date of birth of the buyer, what information should I pass on to the Paypal ? They have now limited my account and they have also mentioned if I don't provide information, they can terminate my Paypal account. So far the limitation they have put is, I wont be able to deactivate the account.

Anyone who had this issue please provide me solution.

What was the item you sold? Maybe its just an age restricted item? Can you take a screenshot of limitation email?
