Do ebay and PayPal need to match to make a payment
 

Hi. just wondering if I can make a payment from a PayPal account that does not match the ebay account?

original ebay PayPal was limited 4 years ago but have another PayPal that was being used to accept the payments

now entropy have gone can I pay the ebay fees with the non linked PayPal or am I best to have another PayPal I use purely for payments ?

Is it possible to setup another PayPal in the same name as the ebay but use a slightly different address?

The name and address doesn’t need to match in order for you to be able to make payments

what about if the original PayPal was limited 4 years ago. if I made payment from another PayPal account would that be limited also. or because eBay are no longer the same is it ok?

If you receive payments from your eBay sales on this PayPal account, I don't see any reason why would it get limited.
