Bank Withdrawal Never Ending Error!
 

“Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later.”

Does anybody have information or a solution to this error?!?! I can’t buy anything, send money to anybody, or withdrawal money to my bank.

Welcome to the forums.

What are you using for an IP address?

Have you tried using a different browser or user agent (such as mobile app) ?

Also waiting some time like a couple days also might help with this type of error.

I had always used my normal one but I recently moved so my ip has switched.

I have tried using chrome from my laptop and safari from my ipod. Still the same thing.

When I called PayPal the agent said to wait 24 hours and try again. I waited like 28 hours and still the same thing.

This is a security issue. It can be IP address related.

You should clear your cookies and wait for at least a couple days. It usually goes away on it's own.

I just cleared my cookies. I haven’t tried to withdrawal since yesterday at 1PM. I’m going to try again tomorrow when I wakeup, hopefully giving it a full days break today will help.

Going to attempt to bank withdrawal in a few hours. Fingers crossed. Anybody have more information or tips on this error? Should I clear my cookies again before trying?

So I still got the same error. Kept trying and trying and finally $65 worked and went to the next page but ended up not working either!!

Then my account got limited for unusual activity.. so I called PayPal and got it restored and he told me to try again and I still got the same error!!

He told me to wait 24 hours cause of a security block. But I already did that I waited 45+ hours... maybe cause it’s sunday?

I’m so lost

Something you are doing is tripping up their security system.

Maybe it doesn't like your IP. Is there any way you can try this account from the mobile app or a different computer/network?

Either that, or you just need to wait for a couple days before trying again. Keep in mind that continually re-trying will usually prolong the time it will take to clear this error.

The Problem is the address you have on the account. Your address has been blacklisted! you will always get this message. change your address and the error message will go away. Problem is any new info you put into that account will be blacklisted as well so basically you'll have to start over & Over until you get it right.. believe me i know!!

IT'S NOT YOUR COOKIES.. IT's NOT WAITING 24 hrs and trying again.. God i hate that everyone here always says that.. that SH*T DOESN'T F*$KING WORK!!! you can come back to the account months and years later and still get the error message ( I KNOW! ).. IT's Not your IP address if the Ip address was they problem they would do a security check right when you login wanting to text or call you. IT'S YOUR ADDRESS!!!

I ended up fixing it and being able to transfer after speaking to several support agents explaining and complaining about my situation and how it’s christmas time too...

Not sure what they did but they fixed the issue over the phone by calling PayPal. It says it may take up to 72 hours to review but it did work.

you said it's the address. So well I have couple of accounts that I requested checks prior and it worked than all of a sudden it does not work and it gives the same error message. Please let me know the 100% way to never see that message if you know. Thank you
