PayPal for receiving G & S only.

Planning to sell virtual items. Any way a stealth account can have Bank Withdrawl and receive G & S directly from the buyer’s account safely without triggering PayPal’s limitation bot

Virtual items are always risky - it's a big trial-and-error sale model for that.

You won't be using eb right? So that buyer will pay G&S directly via paypal invoice or so?

You should have some sort of proof of mailing something in place as well.
