stealth pay pal account need cashout

hello, guy I have a question about cash out from my stealth accuont. I just wonder can i link a bank of america debit card to my US stealth account? I heared some people says it is ok to link,but when withdraw the monry to debit card not under pay pal hold's name it will not work. Someboy have ideas?

Also if which bill address should i put when i going to link a new debit card.
