24vc vpn and limited paypal
 

I had a phone call this morning with paypal rep regarding bank account issue he couldn't fix it and when he was searching for a solution for this case he caught that i'm using vpn and told me to disable it and when i told him i'm not using any vpn he limited my account and my question is: is 24vc vpn can be visable in that easy?

All VPNs can be seen if they are looking for them.

Nothing wrong with using a VPN so long as it’s not abused

I use 24vc as my VPN for PP for years with no problem and when i call paypal about any issue they have asked if I was using a VPN, I told them I use a VPN for security purposes. But they did recommend me to not use a VPN when accessing paypal.

I have had this happen with 24vc.com once as well as with HostPigeon.com once. I have not had much experience using ipburger so it hasn't happened to me there yet but I imagine all fresh IP providers are similar.

What caused the problem for you is your denial. VPN is not liked by PayPal as it shows that you are hiding something which represents high risk from their perspective.

It's not the fact it's a VPN, it's the TYPE of IP address you are using.

Both eBay and PayPal know the difference between a datacenter or residential ISP network you are accessing their site from.
