It's over for paypal!

If you get "temporary limited" for whatever reason your account is dead.

If you provide all info, ID , Invoices tracking real or not your account will be sent to "back office" for review. And the account is DEAD!! no matter what.

**** you Paypal!!!

Re: It's over for paypal!

Just because your account is temporary limited doesn't mean it's dead.

Why do you believe this?

You are very unset at PayPal, and for good reason. We feel your pain. A lot of us here been through all that.

Re: It's over for paypal!

Hmm well.. just make a new one then.. as soon as either ebay or paypal get limited or even the slighest sign of asking any more info than they already have i just abandon the set.. time is money :)

the problem with your account might be something you did not think about.. some small thing in either your creation or handling.. or you are bad in Photoshop.. choose one

Those *******s at paypal don't want an honest customer to charge 3% from all transactions. How are they even making profit if they ban people for no reason lmao

Some temporary limited accounts do get reinstated.

There must be a lot more to this story though. Perhaps what you were selling, they deemed a little high risk?

Each account's issues are different - a lot depends on what is being sold as well as if stealth process is followed to avoid linking.

Selling risky items?

Just not true. I had an account temporarily limited and had to supply business info and other things, a lot of stuff. it went to the back office review team. it took a few weeks but eventually everything got reviewed and the account back to normal.

Re: It's over for paypal!

I havnt lost a single account in years.
I find that so much of it has to do with methodology.
I did have 2 accounts limited within the last 3 years. Both were easily saved by providing what they asked for.

You can't photoshop ID if back office decides to review. They seem to be running them through software for validation

Used to be 1-3 days max or right on the spot depending on the rep Wtf are they really doing?. You mean to tell me after waiting 30 mins to a hour on call for an "account specialist" they tell me they need more time to look over my ****!! This can't be life

Hard to see the signs if any.. sometimes one stupid buyer on small sale can trigger a limitation just by him/her doing "stupid stuff.. but yeah your right more accounts is the only option or just quit...

What do you mean with "you can't Photoshop because manual review" ?

Re: It's over for paypal!

Dude, i tell you. That kind of limitation is easy. 9 out of 10, I reinstated all of my paypal accounts with ease, even with stealths.

Yeah, they're done for.

In reality they're just tightening their security and making it harder to use Paypal for money laundering before the government makes them. Paypal is doing just fine.

For USA accounts I am almost certain you can't ⊗⊗⊗⊗ the ID.. They are checking the info with some database records or software.like driver license number, issue date, expire etc..

You can still photoshop invoices and other things though very easy.

Re: It's over for paypal!

Well, only because they take people's money, it doesn't mean that they are done.

And most of the time if they do limit you, you're somewhat right, you're done for.

Just make another ebay stealth / paypal account

I’ve noticed that it’s more difficult to use pp for purchasing anything after Christmas day. Is any one here facing the same problem?

No. It's just your inner Justin puxxy Bieber talking.
Go through your methods again. You must have overlooked something.

I spoke to foreigners. But they couldn't tell me much other than they "see the account is being reviewed by the account review team." All they could do was send an email to that team to ask them to review it quicker basically.

Yeah, it is frustrating, extremely frustrating. In the past if it took a week that was a long time. I mean how hard is it to look at documents and say ok? But at the same time, I am sure they are crushed with a load of accounts to review on a daily basis. So no choice but to wait.
