Paypal account blocked , how open another ?
 

Hi to all , paypal block my old account (since 2007) made out to me.

So after that i have format my computer, change ip,and i have open a new paypal account, in italy paypal request only this :
Name and Surname: always the same of previous account
City: the same
Adress: changed
Phone number: changed
Paypment detail: I associated a new bank card headed to me (in my name).

I have associate this new account to my ebay account(since 2006) all is ok and working for 2 month.
Now paypal block this new account.

how did they recognize me?
How can I create a new paypal account in my name without being blocked?
does paypal require the details of the bank's holder and can he track me down?

Maybe its time to buy the stealth guide and check to see which steps you didn't follow properly...

i don't need book , i only request if the problem is credit card associate at the new account paypal.
Is true that paypal receive information about name surname city and street when i pay with a credit/debit card in paypal?

Must credit card have the same name city and street of paypal account?

The fact that you asked the first question then replied above with another question about something basic, tells me you do need the ebay stealth .

I don't buy ebooks myself, but this one was special and it helped me 10 years ago to get back. Now I'm an expert.

i have search a lot and study for receive information about ip, cookie, vpn and so.
I say that the phone number must be correct.
So i have only the question about visa/mastercard card transfer info in paypal when i pay with it.
Some user say " no paypal not receive any information" some user and some ebook indicate that account paypal and credit card/visa /mastercard) must be of the same person (name surname city and adress).

So i'm confused.

Instead of confusing yourself, just read the stealth guide. That will definitely put your mind at rest knowing it's from a valid source and not just opinions made some random ebooks and users.

Depends if the card in question is AVS or not. A quick search will explain what this means.

I have call visa and my bank but they told me they never heard of AVS= adress verification service :pound:

So in italy is present this service?

apart from this i have verify all email from paypal, i say that in paypal mail is hidden a web beacon image for tracking ip and cookies. But i can't find them in any paypal email, paypal have stop to do that in img sent to email?
