Question about withdrawing to a card

So I am thinking of setting up a stealth paypal in a country that allows withdrawing to your credit, debit or prepaid card but I am wondering for prepaid cards can it be any card. For example I have a vanilla gift card that I bought in the US will it work with a Malta paypal and withdrawal?

Not any prepaid card can receive paypal withdrawal. I am not sure about vanila card. But usually any card that is reloadable will work fine on paypal.

Re: Question about withdrawing to a card

A vanilla Visa definitely won't work, as it explicitly states that it is a non-reloadable card. If you were to try it, the money would be loaded onto the card but it would become blocked with a status of "PFRAUD" (yes, I tried it, lol).

Like the poster above said, it must be reloadable.
