New paypal account with different initials

Is it possible to register a second paypal account but with different initials and than link it to new ebay account?

Lets say ebay seller name is John Been, paypal acc will be John B and card added to this paypal is Johhn Brawn.

Why would you want a different name though? What’s is it your trying to do

Esc from linking accounts.
I have a problem with VCC for my country, so I want to register a few paypal's and add my own (on my name) credit card, but use different names for ebay and paypal account holder.

Having a different name on the eBay and PayPal won’t stop them getting linked if you are physically linking the accounts in anyway

What do you mean by "physically linking"? If I save my paypal account in ebay for default payment method, is this equal to "physically linking"?
