Seems like paypal do not want my money...
 

I withdraw all my funds from PayPal and now my balance is negative due to return requests. Now the funny part - when I click at "Add funds from a bank account to resolve your negative balance":

We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions.

"Trustly" (the payment system) supporting my bank, but another error message appear when I try to use this system. May be my online bank account do not have access to make online payments.

Is there another way to add funds to my paypal account or I must contact customer support?

Is the account limited? If not just call them up and they will happily help u add bank so they can get there money trust that.

Or just make a new account

No, account is not limited. I have bank account added and visa card too.

Basically, PayPal's security algorithm doesn't like your Bank Account funding source for some reason. You either can try adding another account (bank/card) if an option, otherwise they will accept cheque at some address. Failing that, you need to contact them for addl. help.

What if a friend of mine send me the money (ebay buyer account) directly to my paypal?

Save yourself the trouble and have your friend buy from your ebay store so you can get the $ that way. You'll have to pay the eBay selling fees but at least your Paypal won't be limited as a result.

At least send an invoice. Then your fee goes from ~14% to ~4%. Please just don't have your friend try to send you the payment as "friends and family" so you can avoid paying fees, because it's not going to work. You'd end up with one or both Paypals limited.
