US PAYPAL for shoppers not us residential
 

Hi,

I am not from US, but i have an US shipping address, and i have real credit cards that accepts me to make payment with the US address as my billing address, even if is not my real billing address from Romania. I purchased an us phone number from TALKU and i would need to make a valid US paypal account so i can buy from the sites that only accept US paypal account. Is it possible?
I think i can also transfer money from my romanian paypal account to the us one to make purchase.

Yes, it's possible. We get eBay orders every day from foreigners using USA forwarding companies as their "confirmed" address.

Yes, at ebay i have no problems, i use my romanian paypal account without problems on ebay... i refer at websites like macys.com from which now is very complicated to buy :(
or michaelkors.com
So i need an us paypal account!
how can i do this?

Sites like that aren't going to ship orders to your forwarding address regardless of how you make your account.

They require your billing and shipping address match and they have a database of known forwarding addresses.

i know how it works... i am doing this for 10 years now... and yes they are shipping to my address without problems... now at macy's i have problems with the billing address! from the first days in 2019... in december no problems..
this is why i am thinking about an us paypal account to avoid somehow this hassle...
