I'm selling digital items and i cant prove the shipping address.
I was wondering is important for me to ask the seller to mark confirm receipt of goods and services or is impossible to sell digital items with stealth paypal account?

Yes if he marks them as received it's alright but again, selling digital items is hard to benefit from any protection through Paypal. You might wanna check sellfy.com and sell digital items through them, they can offer you the kind of protection you need. They can track the downloads of the digital items which can help you fight against Paypal chargebacks.
