PayPal new accounts limitations
 

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the best ways to get past paypal's limitations.
I have been making papal accounts and completely setting them up (added ssn, credit card, bank account and confirmed everything)
The problem is, once I receive money it's in my PayPal balance, the money cannot be used.
I can not send it to any one or buy anything and the following error message shows :

Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service

or again

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.


I think this is their security system preventing the transaction and I would need help on how to get past it. I did some research and apparently you have to have a PayPal account at least 1 month old and with 10+ transactions of a total of 500$ but I don't know if this information is correct.

Anyways help would be very appreciated and in case those types of paypal accounts are required, I would be looking to buy some asap.

you've been adding ssn to multiple paypal accounts? hmm sounds fishy and/or risky

new account not allow to send payment.
recvive smal amoumts 1st.
like daily send 2$ for 5 to 7 days.
then it will work ..for stroung paypal need days and trastions.

Those errors show up when you try to move funds too fast. If you have cookies for your paypal account wait at least 24 hours after you receive funds to try to move them. Everyone encounter this problem at least once with each their paypal account. Paypal is not a hit and run service, you have to be patient and do it right if you want them to leave you cash your funds.

so I have to receive funds for at least a week before trying to send payments ?

No I dont add the same SSN's to different accounts they are all different SSN

So Jackie Chann violating federal law by using false SSN doesn't bother you. Would keep me up at night.

I have 2 accounts I just used my brother's SSN ? how is that false ?
