Paypal asking conformation
 

Today I got the notice on one of my stealth account. Following is the message:
"If you’d like to use your PayPal balance to send or spend, please confirm your info now. | Confirm your Info"

When I click on "Confirm your info", I get the following:

Upload your business documents
We just need a bit more info. Help confirm your business identity by using our secure system to provide the documents shown.

>Business name and TIN/EIN
>Business address
>Business registration

I provided them my ein number before. But this time they are asking for the ein document

For billing address they are asking for utility bills or similar item

For Business registration they are asking for certificate of good standing

Any one good this kind of request and any resolution to this. Also on EIN my name and company name is written. It is a problem. Is there anyway I can get EIN number without name and just the company name.
The address i am using is ups mail box. I have no bills attached this company.
Completely clueless for Business registration.

I am not sure why they did it. This account is about 5 years old. I am not sure what to do. So far no help

You could register a LLC and then get an account at quill, order some boxes for a legit bill. I will admit this is overkill for any payment processor to have you go through all of these motions. I think paypal is doing a mass culling this month. My guess it has to do with them leaving ebay and they want to freeze as much money as possible for there shareholders.
