PayPal ban 108 days, looking to appeal, legit reason
 

whats up guys, basically my PayPal account got the 180 day boot (due to high refund rates) because i had a a shipment of products that were damaged and rather than send broken product to buyers, i told them i could refund them or for them to wait 7-10 days for a new batch, i had to refund them on 2 different occasion 20-30 refund first time and then 15 about a week later. I got the 180 PayPal boot before i could send the remaining product to 50 of my patient buyers, who said they would wait for the new batch, I plan on still sending the product to show PayPal I'm legit and want my account back. I talked to PayPal and they told me i legit chance of getting my account back because I had a reason for doing this, what you guys think??

Is this a stealth or real account? I've found that paypal are liars, there is rare a rare chance they re-instate. If it's stealth i wouldn't even bother.

the guy told me theres a good chance, if I explain why I had to refund and i explain its a one time thing, they might understand, I was a verified seller

Yeah if it's a real account, definitely give it a shot, phone them and explain the situation, a good rep may help you
