Paypal limit account seconds after registration
 

Hello.

I have this isue with paypal and maybe someone can explain why .

I have clean user on PC, new IP, everything is new and clean, after registration paypal limit account and asking ID and credit card statement ( even card and bank account is not attached ).

I have provided them and ofcourse account was reinstated.

But at all does someone els have this problem ?

Country is Latvia

This hapen with my last 2 stealth accounts.

It must be just related to your country, sorry i'm a foreigner to your country.

This has only happened to me if I used a blacklisted IP address, like through a bad VPN.

Perhaps that is what is causing it for you?

Im using mobile internet connection, and everytime im switch to flight mode and back on that ways ip is changed !

I will try with other IP.

Its probably the VCC...

There have been a few changes with PP in the last few weeks....

He said that he hasn't linked a card to the account when this happens.

Im just opened account and werified email.

No card and no bank account attached jet !

I thought you are being asked for a CC statement?

If no CC has been added it could be a glitch...

I was sent email to paypal regarding this, how they can ask satement even if i dint attach anything. If by today they will not answer then i will ring them.

Is it a VPN or are you just using a dongle?

It sounds like it’s just Randi m or part of the process in that country. Sounds like evyrhing you have done is good :)

did you use this PC with multiple accounts before ? if yes then they linked you using Canvas Fingerprint / OpenGL Fingerprint

Next time use Antidetect or multilogin App

happened to me to on a new US account, but mine was just after adding the vcc which i bought from a seller here, im even afraid of purchasing another one for fear of getting my accounts limited again

PAYPAL asked me to upload the bank statement even I haven't linked bank account or credit card.

It is getting harder to create new PP account

Which web browsers you use ? You need to use different users/browsers for any stealth account right ?
