Asked for ID twice now have to wait 12 hours for transfer

I had to send in my ID twice. Both times they approved it within 5 days.

Now it says they are reviewing my transfers to my savings account for 12 hours. Usually clears within 2 hours. I am making small transfers. $20 or less. Selling really basic used clothes on ebay. Both accounts have been up and running for a year. Should I be worried that paypal will freeze me account because of these transfer reviews?

I think you should be okay, happens all the time. I would suggest to not withdraw too many times. Rather than $20 wait till $50 or $100.
