PP Stealth Acc verification

Hay guys.I want to register a new PP stealth acc but I am very new to this so I would like to ask you a couple of noob questions. :doh:
Since my new stealth acc will be registered to a non existing person how will I be able to verify it?I can provide a bank statement but what about the photo ID?That is my only concern for now. :D

Hi mate, you can verify your paypal account just by adding a bank account. the name on the respective accounts do not need to match

Thanks for the info!But what about the ID?For my UK account they required photo of my ID and a bank statement.
