PayPal asks for photo ID after selling only one product
 

Hey, I bought USA eBay + PayPal account (aged 45+ days) from Aspkin seller. I used fresh 24vc, virtualbox, was making some history before selling, etc... PayPal has VBA and VCC linked. After selling first time (price was around 40 dollars), PayPal got immediately limited and asked me for photo ID.

PP message: "Your account access is temporarily limited
We noticed that you provided incomplete identity information while setting up your account. To understand this better, we will require some information from you.
We've also limited certain features in your account. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you provide the information we've requested."

I dont have any idea where I made mistake. Was there something wrong with VBA? Or did seller (first account owner) make any mistake?

You need to contact the seller of the account.

Looks like you're in the UK. Was this a USA account from a USA seller or a UK account?

It was USA account.

It happens more and more frequently. It does not necessarily mean the account is toast. Oftentimes I do things to purposely trigger these things right away because after they are fixed, the account is much stronger.

How do they get "fixed?"
Paypal requires you to upload photo ID, provide tracking #s, and provide suppliers. Do you provide these for your stealth accounts?

Yes.

and I have only one time been asked for invoices. If you are getting this request, your items you are selling are the problem.

those 2018-2019 paypal accounts are harsh........

Just submit the requested ID, the earlier you submit the better chances of getting account restored.

Should I upload with VPN, or fax it, or try to find real IP in the area?
It's stealth, so it's another state
