Adding Card after limitation

anyone had luck adding a debit card and using the instant transfer? i tried doing that last night but it failed.

If your limitation prevents you from withdrawing money you won't have any success no matter what you do with withdrawing your money.

You can directly contact paypal and ask them to add the card for you if its possible
