does having an empty paypal will raise some secutiry questions

hi guys!! Im about to start dorpshipping on ebay and my new paypal is empty i didn't put no money in it will that be a probleme if ebay want to check my personnal informations ?

P.s: i know that ebay started to get rid of edropshippers that's why i thought that having an empty paypal can be a probleme

eBay wont see your PP balance

Everyone starts with a 0 balance.

Once you start selling and withdrawing, its a good idea never to let the balance go to 0. Leave enough in there to cover fees as a minimum.

Once your pp starts taking in money OP, don't drain it - could trip up security flags
