Paypal ID verification

I am srilankan live in Australia.My paypal account get limited and it ask for ID verification.In my ebay account I put my nationality as srilankan. Can I use my srilankan ID card for ID verification.If not can I use my Australian Student ID card for ID verification. Please help me !!

Yes I put My personal details.But It is an Australian paypal account.

Your nationality and PayPal account country don't have to match. You could have Australian PayPal account and still verify it using your Srilankan Passport. I have had that situation many times before. No issues at all
