PayPal statements on mobile
 

Hi all! I was trying to see my paypal statements on mobile but couldn’t see them. There were no drop down menu after I clicked activity. Is there another way to view them on mobile? Thanks

Are you using a mobile browser? If so, check to see if javascript is supported or turned on. You might also need to use a different browser or via the desktop.

I'm not sure if the PayPal mobile app allows you to access your statements, but you might want to check that as well.

Thank you for your reply. I used safari, then chrome. I even downloaded PayPal app but couldn’t see statements on activity tab. I could see statements when logging in laptop. But I’m using a few PayPal accounts and I don’t want them to be linked. So I had to use each phone on each PayPal account. I’m new to this forum and been reading some posts in the last couple days. I saw members said they received 1099 form so I just wanted to check if PayPal sent it to me too. I’m over 20k mark but I had some returns/refunds/cancelled transactions. If PayPal didn’t count those transactions, I’d be under 20k mark.
