Canadian PP Account
 

So this started on the 17th. An account got limited so I had submited docs. I passed after some time.

My friend also got limited the same day. He didn't pass.

That day when I would go into each paypal account I run, they would get a message about "Request for additional PayPal information" verifying I am not a USA citizen. Then once you do this step it asks for documents.

This is one way that I am getting.

another is asking me for photo ID, supplier, just like the one before this, but also what am I selling and what these transactions were for. When clearly all of it was on ebay. Keeping 100% FB, flawless score. But limited until docs like the one on the 17th. The others just that Request that leads too it.

A few friends who deal with stealths also have the same problem and some don't. I was thinking VBA, but even accounts with real Canadian banking, and real rogers phone, just VPN I am using, I can't figure out what is going on? Is this a bug? Glitch? Just doing all accounts at this point. Could it be the VPN? I am using VPN off this site.

I am confused on what it could be. A few times when calling PP in the past years they know when you are using VPN and they don't like it. Even my friend had this convo on the phone with PP about it in the past.

The items I sell are not high risk out of 2000 units sold 1 return only. My return rate is very low and all my items under $19.99 mostly $6 to $10.

On all accounts.

Anyone know what is going on? Is it due to DS? I am out of Canada but everything comes out of 1 location in the USA with tracking uploaded from within ebay system.

Ip address is very important for paypal. It's the one of most important things for them

Check your IP at https://whatleaks.com/ and at http://f.vision/ (use the advanced kind of test)

And get me back with the results.

Also, they have some high-risk fraud patterns and when you acting like this your fraud score is rising and you will be automatically limited by Paypal Security Algorythm

For example let the money stay on balance 2-3 days after the payment had been recieved

If you will try immediately spend all your balance after receiving the money - and your operation will be connected with high risk kind of operations (gift cards, different billing shipping, mail forwarding companies, multiple suspicious actions like trying to send all your balance multiple times) and your account is not well aged you will be automatically limited and asked this supplier/fullfillment/activity information

Well one account I only pull once a month cash to my bank account. So it could be VPN then totally.

With them who knows. This account I only pull to a bank account once I get at $800 and leave enough in there for chargebacks, ebay fees, etc.

So this one would sound more like VPN I got off of here.

Many of vpn's ip addresses are blacklisted because VPN often being used for fraud/spam activity

You can check your vpn at f.vision advanced test it will show is it blacklisted or not

Thank you. I strongly think it's the VPN and what sucks is it's from both on site.

My main IP from my ISP is blacklisted for "Unsolicited bulk/commercial email senders" Been on this IP for 9 months. Nothing came on my 2 main accounts at all.

Just the VPN ones. And those were clean just 20% or 40% IP. My main 0%.

That means that your ip has some fraud risk points for paypal security system

So, it can be suddenly limited.

Paypal security algorythm is considering many factors such as IP, behavior patterns, etc. It has some trust score/fraud score points, and when you get big fraud score you ll be automatically limited

Oh man that sucks. Yeah my 2 mains are fine and it's normal ISP IP 0% IP test, and the others are VPN and have 20% and 40% Test.

Oh man so the 2 services I am using on here are flagged.

Try to use Ipburger or24vc. They are very good.
