would advise adding a card before sending and receiving, soon be limited without and they will require more than a card for limits to be removed

no they will send you a "claim it" thing ebay used to give mc999 people don't talk about those anymore

I think it depends on type of account. Personal account works just fine.
Merchant account without any bank or cc, that's just weird IMO.

I highly advise against using such a PP account. It won't last long.

Use a VCC and bank to verify and confirm the account before using it... always
