I have seen my share of wacky PP emails, but never this one......
Let me explain situation briefly first,
Using always the methods in th stealth ebook ,Opened paypal 1 half years ago and verified CAN paypal,confim location, the whole shebang.
recently( 2 weks ago) sold on eBay for about a week and a half, not huge amount sold mabye 200.00 worth, i was able to withdraw twice.....then limited,fax this ,that and the other
and the red rstricted notice in eBay...... so on we go, i let that go and started again, old paypal ( 2 years) New ip,with
VPN,new computer user,renamed computer,cleaned her up, and off i went again, listed, got bids, zap, limited, and suspended form eBay, no reason, the standand (per section 9 bla bla)
Paypal, had NO options to restore.
Ok off we go again, 2 year Old account, verified, new
VPN ip, new user, the whole 9 yards again.Listed on eBay, sold about 10 items, shipped, , Bang..... again, this time the paypal email said, we can no longer offer our services du to inherint risk....... ebay suspended.
I am selling , my own handmade jewelry, for cripes sake, with starting bid 99 cents... total max selling price is not more than 25 bucks ....geesh !
I called, there was nothing they could do.
Ok, started again, same way, new user, new ip, new computer name.
instead of my crafted jewelry, i stated with odds n ends in my house, listed 4 items, havnt collected any payments yet... so bang, limited again ,with no options to lift, i called in thy said somone would call back, no one called.
I called back, had a nice gentlmen, he lifted the limitation,said it was an error.
That was 2 days ago.
Can somone shed some light for me mabye,
what am i doing that thy are tracking me

, and what do u suggest i do to continue selling.
Tonight, i get this email, ( now i still have not collected any payments )
