And don't respond to anyone who send you a private message trying to sell to you directly. Deal only with approved sellers.

Also one more qestion:

When i add a VCC can PayPal actually see the name on the VCC if it doesn't match my PayPal name???

This always seemed to confuse me.

And what can PayPal actually look at if it comes to Debit/Credit Cards or SSN when it comes to names?? Or is that actually against them for them to do??
