Is it possible? I heard you have to write a complaint/threat to Paypal’s Executive Office.

How much money are you talking about?

Is the account in your real name or stealth details?

There are a lot of variables to consider.

Although it IS possible to get your money out before 180 days, doing so might complicate things or be counter productive unless you go about it the right way.

NOPE!.. either provide all the documents they are requesting or wait 180 days.. those are your options my friend!

There are other ways to force their hand, but the fact he's in Canada might complicate that.

If the amount of money is significant enough, and you are in the USA, going down to the local courthouse and paying a small fee to file a Small Claims action does seem to work also. It definitely gets their attention at the highest levels of the Executive Office which nearly always results in having money released early.
