Paypal Eu limit

Hi everyone

could someone tell me if you submit ID documents to Paypal when creating a brand new account...

Does this automatically mean all the EU limits are then removed on the account?

You cant submit them until the account has taken £1650.

I really think PP is requesting docs by taking those 6 months of your funds and earning a monthly % on it.
