Multiple PayPal dispute, will I win ?
 

Hello, I bought some service from an SMM panel (digital good) discovered later that most services are not as described
Tried to resolve it with seller, we didn't agree,so I Opened 7 disputes for 7 payment ( 800$)
I chargebacked as " Item no received(" because digital good not covered) , seller told me we will upload a tracking number and win the dispute !!!
I have to wait 3 days before escalate it to paypal
If the seller upload a tracking number, what can I do ? chargeback again as "not as descibed "?

Some information :

- PayPal created in 2014
- full verified (ID card, bank account, credit card)
- business and personal account
- its my first charge back ever (bought more than 30 item without problem)

Can he change that after ? to put a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking or something like that ?

usually paypal cases are winned by buyer. But, because of large amount it can be manually reviewed by real human, and nobody knows what he or she will decide. So your only option is wait

You should've opened a case for item not as described, I'm sure they have a similar option on paypal, as your argument about tracking would be invalid if he shows tracking to the address on file

He didn't provide tracking number as you can see in the scrennshot
For one dispute there is a tracking number, I can still put " Received but not as described"

But he stated " no refund" so don't know if I can win

BTW i made multple payment, I escalated one payment to paypal with no tracking number to see how it goes
If he add a tracking number and I lose the case, I will chargeback other payment as not described
If he didn't add tracking numberr, I will chargeback the other cases as not received and the other one with trracking number as not as described


UPDATE : I can edit all my payment as " RECEIVED but not as descibed"

What did you advice me to do ?

I think its better to wait and see how it goes with one payment and take action according to it ?

I just have one concern now : Can the seller add a tracking number during the dispute ?

Also it seem the only tracking number for one payment is ⊗⊗⊗⊗

I already escalate multiple payment, 2 left now

Yes seller can and if seller knows the right (wrong) people can also add a signature to the proof of delivery which they are destined to win but paypal can add money to your account regardless the outcome of dispute

since it old and verified account your winning chances are very high

I feel good about you winning the case because of your stellar sales experience and 0 chargeback history. Keeping fingers crossed and hoping for the best!

You will get your money back, paypal will refund as these tracking not trackable, he can provide new tracking no by calling PayPal but i really doubt

Even if he does and you loose case ( Which is not possible) then you can open item not as described case
