Hello
I have several stealth paypal and ebay account.
Some of my paypal account receive money not in the paypal balance, paypal show that, money is waiting for you, Claim it"
after I link and confirm the bank. I click the claim it button, there are 3 options, 1, transfer it to your bank.(it is easy)
2, leave it in paypal for now(it need to enter the ssn, and personal information, but this paypal account is stealth, so I don't have this info)
How can i leave the money in the paypal?
Is the only way transfer the money to bank account?

Yes, the only way is to transfer the money to a bank account.

Hi. Unfortunately the only way is 1st option.
Just withdraw it to debit card. It will take 72 hours to transfer. But it’s ok.

So that means it's impossible to pay ebay fees without buying a vcc to pay it on a stealth account now ?

This issue only affects US accounts.

So far Ebay is still taking the money out of paypal with the claim it
