PayPal unusual activity
 

When i try login in my account it says this:

PayPal is looking out for you
We noticed some unusual activity and need help securing your account. Click Next to confirm your identity and change your password.

I do not have the telephone number or the id
Is there any way to solve this for login in my pp account?

are you using IP for different country? or are you using different device to login?

I always use the same ip and user account for each account

Clicking next to confirm your identity and change your password is probably the only way forward.

I don't think you can bypass this.

Can you just click the "forgot your password" link? Before even trying to log in?

And if you can, try proceeding from there with changing your password. They may make you confirm some info such as your CC number on file, but nothing you can't pass if you have some basic details about the account.

I believe I bypassed something similar by doing this.
